History

Amsterdam Snug is part of one of Amsterdam's original canal buildings located on Geldersekade canal, the buildings which houses AmsterdamSnug was built in 1670 during Amsterdam's "Golden Age". Built as a city residence, it has changed hands many times in the intervening centuries and has accumulated a rich history.

AmsterdamSnug exudes a charming, timeless personality. Its owners down the years have taken good care of it with the result that, today, it proudly features most of its original timbers and stonework.
