Luxurious modern 2 floor apartment sleeping up to a maximum of 4 guests and located in the renowned Pijp area of Amsterdam. The apartment covers a spacious 90m2 with the living room, open kitchen, small bedroom and toilet on the third floor and one large bedroom, bathroom equipped with a shower and a bath and a 25 m2 roof terrace on the 4th floor.
This light and roomy apartment is located in the Pijp district one of the most lively and cosmopolitan areas of the city and just a short 10 minute tram ride south of Central Station. Pijp is home to the famous Albert Cuyp street market, The Heineken experience and a myriad of coffee shops, cafes, clubs and pubs with numerous shops and restaurants seling Surinamese, Spanish, Indian and Turkish foods reflecting the multicultural nature of the neighbourhood

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal I love to cook so over the years I have collected quite the kitchen brigade. There is a dishwasher so no worries about who is going to do the dishes.
Stairs from the kitchen lead to the bedrooms, bathroom and roof terrace on the second floor. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a TV with over 100 channels which you can turn and watch from the bathtub or from the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The bathroom is quite spacious with a bathtub, toilet, 2 person washbasin, separate shower cubicle and under-floor heating to keep the feet warm.
There is a manual provided in the apartment for all appliances and information about the area with some tips for restaurants and other interesting things to see and do There are 2 floors. On the lower floor, where you enter the apartment you will find the living and open kitchen. Upstairs is the bathroom, bedroom and terrace.
House Rules: Please note that this is a residential building. Noise must be kept to a minimum and no music after 10 pm. If coming home late at night, please be quiet to not disturb the neighbors. It is not allowed to organise parties in the apartment. It is a NON smoking apartment so please only smoke on the terrace. If the apartment is being occupied by four guests, all four must be booked in and paid for. If unauthorized guests are found staying at the apartment the owner reserves the right to evict all guests immediately without refund.
