Amsterdam Escape Can Help

Coming to Amsterdam for a special occasion? Fancy, a romantic dinner in a particular restaurant, take in a show. We could book tickets for all of the above. We can arrange a taxi collection for you at Schipol and have you brought straight to your apartment

 

Apartment Amenities

Our listings are furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. Some offer more amenities than others so check each listing for what's exactly in the apartment. Should you require something lets know and we will do our best.

 

Share your amazing Photos

If during your stay you happen to take any nice shots of Amsterdam city and you fancy sharing them we would love to add them to our photos page and of course give to a credit for them.

 

Customer Service

Escape customer service is famous. We are always here to help day or night, before during and after your stay.

When you contact us you will get a real human being and not a recording. You will not end up on a call waiting system and left hanging for internity.

If you send us a mail you can expect a reply within a few minutes but not longer than a few hours, not the standard 24-48 hours.

Need help find the perfect place?. Don't know which area you would like to stay ?. Our customer service team are a mind of information and are always up for a chat.

 

Your arrival and during your stay

On your day of arrival in Amsterdam, it is important to contact your greeter which is always noted on your confirmed booking voucher. This is important as they need to know you have arrived so you can agree a time to meet at the property.

 

It's rare, but should you arrive and are not satisfied with the accommodation if it's not what you were expecting or something's not correctly working, your first port of call is your greeter but should the greeter not solve your issue then you should contact our customer service.

We can't do much for you once you're back home, so get in touch while we can do something to ensure your vacation is enjoyable.
